Picture Day Monday

Just a quick reminder that picture day is Monday, September 12, 2016.  Please remember to bring your best smiles to school that day.  This year there is a change from the past.  All students will receive a class picture FREE, no purchase required.  Yearbooks are free with purchase of packages A-G.  Again, this is a change from that past so please make note.

Math Fun

In our math lesson today, students discussed the ways that graphs can communicate variability along two dimensions.  We enjoyed critiquing an emoji graph and finally creating our very own.  We discussed how mistakes are powerful and help our brain grow.   

I am getting so excited to meet you!  I can hardly wait for our school open house on Tuesday, August 30th from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.  Please bring in any school supplies you have so that you can get settled in before the first day.  We are going to have an exciting year full lots of learning and fun.
